Is payment secure?
Yes. After you send an enquiry, we confirm availability and your exact rate by email. We then send you a secure payment link to complete your booking. No payment is ever taken through the enquiry form itself.
Why is booking direct cheaper?
Airbnb charges guests a service fee of typically 10–15% on top of the nightly rate. When you book directly, that fee disappears — we charge the same base rate, and the saving goes to you rather than the platform.
